About the role
The Gateway Agent ensures smooth operational flow at DHL’s facility in Tirana and the International Airport, following Global Standard Operating Procedures. The role supports both export and import processes, guaranteeing organized, efficient, and safe handling of shipments.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily export activities from outbound preparation to airport dispatch, including repacking, control, and labeling.
- Provide support for daily import operations and warehouse processes.
- Compile export documentation in line with local and Global SOP requirements.
- Inspect equipment and tools before the start of each shift to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal teams to meet client and internal requests.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in Albanian and English.
- Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
- Good computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license.
