Procurement & Administration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an organized, responsible, and motivated Procurement & Administration Specialist to support our German client in procurement, administration, and supplier communication.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining products and assortments
• Requesting and comparing supplier offers and calculating purchase prices
• Creating and processing purchase orders, including reviewing and confirming order documentation
• Communicating with suppliers regarding orders, product requirements, complaints, spare parts, documentation, and deliveries
• Reviewing and implementing relevant legal and regulatory requirements, particularly those related to wood products and HolzSiG

Required profile

• Very good German and English, written and spoken – mandatory
• Education or professional background in business administration, economics, procurement, commerce, or a related field
• Previous experience in procurement, merchandise management, or international trade is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Structured, accurate, and independent working style
