Creative Producer / AI Content Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Creative Producer who blends traditional video production with AI‑driven tools to deliver high‑impact ads, product demos, and educational content for a fast‑growing fintech brand. The role is fully remote, working US business hours, and focuses on turning briefs into polished video assets that drive engagement across Meta and other social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Produce UGC‑style and polished video ads for Meta and other social channels from agency and internal briefs.
• Collaborate with Community & Content Creators to build clear, accurate application and portal walkthrough videos.
• Create and edit a steady flow of broader video content, including product demos, customer stories, reels, and ad creative.
• Leverage AI video and voice tools to accelerate production while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage video assets, versioning, and the library to ensure content is reusable across teams and formats.
• Handle end‑to‑end production from brief to final cut, coordinating with multiple stakeholders under fast turnaround cycles.

Required profile

• Portfolio or demo reel showing ownership of video ads, product demos, walkthroughs, or similar content.
• Experience owning video production for a brand or agency, not just one‑off freelance projects.
• Mid‑to‑senior individual contributor capable of taking a brief through to final delivery with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Required skills

• Strong editing and production skills using Adobe Premiere or CapCut.
• Proficiency with AI creation tools such as ElevenLabs.
• Familiarity with AI video platforms like Runway, Synthesia, DaVinci, or Frame.io.
