Brand & Growth Associate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand & Growth Associate to help scale Ola Foods’ brand across digital, retail and offline channels. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive marketing initiatives that boost visibility, strengthen positioning and accelerate commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand campaigns across digital, retail and offline touchpoints.
• Support new product launches, including packaging, positioning and go‑to‑market coordination.
• Monitor market trends and consumer insights to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies and internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist growth initiatives in supermarkets, distributor networks and export markets.
• Track marketing performance and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Contribute to content strategy, visual direction, storytelling and brand tone.
• Support events, partnerships and promotional activations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding or growth roles.
• Strong aesthetic sense with meticulous attention to detail.
• Commercial mindset focused on driving sales.
• Energetic, proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Ability to make quick decisions without over‑complicating.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (Italian a plus).
• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field preferred.
