About the role

The company SALILLARI Sh.p.k, a leader in construction and engineering, is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to manage its workforce capital. The role ensures recruitment, training, development and employee administration are carried out efficiently and in compliance with labour legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, select and onboard candidates for new positions.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain employee files and keep personnel data up‑to‑date.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Organise training programmes and employee development initiatives.
• Manage performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Resolve employee issues and mediate workplace conflicts.
• Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Albanian labour legislation and regulations.
• Excellent organisational, managerial and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems and personnel management platforms.
