Travel Agent – Spanish Speaking

About the role

BizAway is looking for a Spanish‑speaking Travel Agent to join its fast‑growing B2B travel‑management team. You will work directly with corporate clients, helping them book and manage travel through our platform and partner providers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify reservations for hotels, cars, trains and other services using our platform and provider networks.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and accurate assistance.
• Enter and update customer information in the system to ensure correct bookings.
• Explain platform rules, service procedures and travel policies to clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer care or travel agency environments.
• Strong written and spoken Spanish (B2 level or higher).
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts (22:00‑07:00).
• High school diploma or equivalent and ability to pass pre‑employment testing and background checks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS systems or similar travel‑booking platforms.
