B2B Business Service Agent (French)

About the role

As a B2B Business Service Agent you will support the Account Management team in ensuring a smooth after‑sales process for AUTO1 Group’s French‑speaking merchants. The focus is on handling payment‑related inquiries, debt collection and providing timely solutions over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Account Management team with administrative and operational tasks, especially debt collection.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and merchants, clarifying needs and resolving issues.
• Contact merchants to remind them of payment terms and follow up as required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date process instructions and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal international teams to ensure a seamless after‑sales experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, back‑office or a similar role.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and independent work skills.
• Process‑oriented, solution‑focused and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
