About the role
We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Care Helpdesk Specialist to provide support to our clients. The role operates between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday, with a flexible schedule. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Fluent German language skills (C1 oral level).
- Residence within the territory of Albania.
What we offer
- Hourly wage of 600 ALL.
- Referral bonus of 40 000 ALL, performance bonus of 20 000 ALL, and welcome bonus of 30 000 ALL.
- Two‑week training program (09:00‑17:30, Monday‑Friday).
- Flexible working hours.
