Senior Sales Manager (Premium Projects & B2B)

About the role

Orion is looking for a senior sales manager who will lead and develop its sales process, focusing on premium and high-value clients and on expanding the B2B channel. The role builds long-term relationships with clients, real estate agencies, brokers, strategic partners and domestic and international investors, manages the sales pipeline and leads negotiations until agreements are signed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from first contact through negotiation and finalisation of agreements.
• Promote and sell the company's projects.
• Manage premium and high-value clients and build long-term relationships with them.
• Develop the B2B channel by building relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, strategic partners, companies and investors.
• Create and grow a network of local and international partners.
• Organise presentations, meetings and site visits for clients and B2B partners.
• Negotiate terms within company policy.
• Manage the pipeline and follow leads systematically in CRM.
• Monitor the market, competition and client feedback and report to the Sales Director.
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to project goals.
• Work with Marketing on events and initiatives supporting sales.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of consolidated experience in sales and negotiation, with strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience in premium real estate, hospitality, luxury, banking/investment, automotive or similar sectors.
• B2B and business development orientation, not just B2C sales.
• Good knowledge of the construction industry.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good English.
