Insurance Sales Specialist

About the role

ATLANTIK Insurance Company, the third-largest private insurer in Albania, is looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist. The role focuses on promoting and selling insurance products to individual and corporate clients, matching their needs with appropriate coverage options.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Prepare and present offers and follow up on leads to close sales
• Provide accurate information on insurance products and support clients through the policy lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

Required profile

• Previous experience in insurance, financial services or a related field is an advantage
• Relevant education in business, finance, economics or a related discipline is preferred
• Fluency in Albanian; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Albania and in a professional team

• Sales and customer relationship skills, including identifying client needs, negotiating and closing deals
• Communication and interpersonal skills, able to present information clearly and build trust
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and meet sales targets
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client risk profiles and recommend suitable solutions
