Medical Device Sales Representative

About the role

InnoLabix, a medical technology organization focused on devices and solutions for healthcare professionals and patients, is hiring a full-time, on-site Medical Laboratory Device Sales Representative based in Tirana. The role involves regular visits to hospitals and clinics, product demonstrations and hands-on support during device implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new accounts
• Schedule and conduct product presentations
• Provide in-person support during product evaluations and implementations
• Visit hospitals and clinics regularly and coordinate product demonstrations
• Assist in operating room settings to ensure correct device usage in line with clinical and regulatory standards
• Track sales activities, prepare reports and collaborate with internal teams on customer feedback
• Meet or exceed sales targets while following ethical sales practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, business or related field preferred
• Foundational understanding of medicine to communicate with healthcare professionals and interpret clinical needs
• Proven ability to work independently, manage territory activities and organize schedules
• Strong ethical standards, resilience in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel locally within the Tirana area and nearby regions

Required skills

• Medical sales and general sales skills, including account management, negotiation and closing
• Solid knowledge of laboratory diagnostics and familiarity with relevant medical devices and procedures
