Commercial Back Office Officer – Photovoltaics

About the role

HitJob, a recruitment and staffing agency supporting Italian and international companies in expansion, outsourcing and nearshoring, is recruiting through its partner AC Agency, which operates in energy, photovoltaic plants and energy efficiency. The company needs an experienced professional in the photovoltaic sector to join its team in Tirana.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in managing opportunities and negotiations
• Prepare and administer offers and estimates for photovoltaic plants
• Communicate with and assist clients during the sales process
• Search for offers and manage relationships with suppliers and distributors
• Update the CRM and manage sales documentation
• Coordinate between clients, the sales team, the technical office and suppliers

Required profile

• Previous experience in commercial back office, preferably in the photovoltaic sector
• Good organisational skills, accuracy and respect for deadlines
• Good communication skills and client orientation
• Very good knowledge of Italian

Required skills

• Knowledge of the main components of photovoltaic plants (panels, inverters, battery systems)
• Able to read and understand technical and commercial offers
• Knowledge of CRM systems and management software is an advantage
