Business Development & Sponsorship Manager

About the role

The project Llafe t'sotit is looking for an energetic, communicative and results-oriented person responsible for developing commercial partnerships and securing sponsors. The person will identify potential companies and brands, present the project offers, negotiate sponsorship terms and look after relationships with sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a list of potential sponsors and search for interested companies and brands
• Contact companies by phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Present the project and advertising opportunities, prepare and present commercial offers
• Organise meetings with companies and negotiate prices and sponsorship conditions
• Follow up contacts and offers until agreements are signed
• Manage existing sponsor relationships and identify new partnership opportunities
• Work with the Project Manager, Producer and creative team on tailored offers
• Report regularly on contacts, meetings, offers and agreements reached

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales, sponsorship, marketing or partnerships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and confidence talking to companies and business owners
• Ability to build and maintain professional contacts and a results orientation
• Ability to prepare professional offers and presentations
• B2B sales experience and experience in media, marketing, advertising or production are advantages

What we offer

• Fixed pay plus a commission for each sponsor secured, set according to the deal value
