Key responsibilities

• Source senior‑level, highly specialized IT and non‑IT candidates for global clients.
• Screen and interview candidates to present only the best fits.
• Stay current with industry trends and apply cutting‑edge evaluation methods.
• Build and nurture strong online and offline networks to promote the employer brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in both IT and non‑IT recruitment.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and virtual interview platforms (Teams, Zoom, Skype).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Deep understanding of job requirements and assessment criteria for IT and non‑IT roles.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain a robust professional network.
