HR Generalist & Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking an experienced HR Generalist and Recruiter to join its fast‑growing, globally‑focused team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing senior‑level talent, managing the full recruitment cycle, and supporting day‑to‑day HR operations for both IT and non‑IT positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview senior‑level candidates for European and international clients.
• Maintain high‑quality candidate pipelines using modern evaluation methods.
• Stay updated on industry trends to ensure candidates meet the latest standards.
• Promote the employer brand through online and offline networking.
• Handle onboarding, employee relations, performance support, and HR administration tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of combined HR generalist and end‑to‑end recruitment experience (IT & non‑IT).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
