About the role
TechBiz Global is seeking a Mid‑Level Recruiter to source and place senior‑level IT and non‑IT talent for its global client base. You will work remotely, connecting top professionals with opportunities across European and international markets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage senior‑level candidates using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other sourcing channels.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Skype to ensure high‑quality matches.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Promote the employer brand and build a strong professional network both online and offline.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and non‑IT recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Proven ability to develop and sustain a robust talent network.
