Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in both IT and non‑IT recruitment.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Talent Solutions for candidate sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of job requirements and assessment criteria.
• Demonstrated tenacity and ability to maintain a solid professional network.
