About the role
Agikons sh.p.k, a 30‑year‑old construction firm, is looking for a Senior Jurist to manage its legal affairs. The role involves drafting contracts, overseeing permits, and representing the company before authorities and courts.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers and other parties.
- Manage administrative processes such as building permits, usage licences, mortgage registration and property verification.
- Represent the company before administrative institutions, handling legal procedures, appeals and official correspondence.
- Act for the group companies in judicial matters, including preparing lawsuits, appeals and negotiating settlements.
Required profile
- University degree in Law.
- Experience as a jurist in a construction company, including litigation handling.
- Strong written legal reasoning and clear formulation of legal opinions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with the online E‑Albania system.
