About the role

The company G.M Sh.P.K, a consolidated name in the construction sector, is looking to hire an experienced jurist to join its professional team.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and monitor enterprise contracts, sub‑contracts, supply agreements and other commercial agreements in the construction field.
• Monitor construction, urban planning and public/private procurement legislation to ensure legal compliance of projects.
• Provide legal advice to management staff on employment relations, property matters and licences.

Required profile

• University degree in Law (Scientific Master). A lawyer’s licence is an advantage.
• At least 3 years proven experience as a jurist in construction law or commercial/property law.
• Excellent knowledge of the Civil Code, Construction Law and administrative procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent English required; Italian is an advantage.
