Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role focuses on expanding our customer base, maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets within the FMCG and consumer goods sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
• Visit customers regularly to ensure excellent market coverage.
• Present and sell company products, promotions, and commercial offers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product availability.
• Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and execution at points of sale.
• Manage customer orders, follow up on deliveries, and support timely collections.
• Prepare regular sales and market reports.
• Collaborate with the Sales Supervisor and other departments to ensure smooth commercial operations.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑oriented and proactive mindset.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving licence.
• Good knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
