Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager (Italian Speaking)

About the role

HitJob supports Italian and international companies in expansion, outsourcing, nearshoring and internationalisation, offering recruitment, HR resources, payroll and operational support solutions. It is looking for a proactive, results-oriented Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager who will help find new clients, develop strategic partnerships and grow its professional network. The position is based in Tirana, Albania.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential companies and clients in Italian and international markets
• Use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and contact decision-makers
• Develop B2B contacts and business opportunities
• Create partnerships with consulting firms, HR companies, IT firms, professional offices and strategic partners
• Build relationships with chambers of commerce, business associations and international networks
• Manage contacts, the CRM and systematically follow up communications
• Organise meetings with potential clients and work directly with the founder
• Monitor and report on business opportunities and results

Required profile

• Fluent Italian
• At least B2 English
• Professional knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Good communication and writing skills, and organisational ability
• Experience in business development, sales, lead generation, CRM or international business is an advantage; long experience is not required
