Remote Sales Agent – Digital Agency

About the role

DuaDev is a web and digital agency based in Tirana that designs and builds websites, booking platforms, brands and social media for businesses. As a sales agent you find businesses that need a better online presence, start the conversation and bring them to the agency ready to sign; the agency handles proposals, design and delivery. You earn a commission on every client you close.

Key responsibilities

• Find and qualify leads on LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Maps and through your network
• Reach out by message, email or call
• Understand what each client needs and present the right offer
• Hand over warm, ready-to-sign clients to the team
• Keep a simple record of leads and progress

Required profile

• Fluent English, Italian or German
• Previous sales experience, ideally selling services or B2B
• Comfortable with cold outreach and hearing "no"
• Self-driven and organised without a manager checking in
• Clear written communication

Required skills

• Basic understanding of websites and social media
