About the role
Kalux Shpk is looking for a Field Sales Manager to join its team. The role suits a results-oriented professional with strong negotiation skills who wants to build long-term business relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Expand the client portfolio by identifying furniture manufacturers and architecture studios in the field.
- Advise clients technically and present product specifications (furniture accessories).
- Manage the full sales cycle from offer to payment through the CRM system.
- Plan and carry out systematic, structured client visits.
Required profile
- Proven experience in field sales (furniture or construction recommended).
- University degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related technical field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, professional integrity.
- Category B driving licence and willingness to travel; previous CRM experience is an advantage.
