Part-Time Remote Professor

About the role

SNVA Group, a multi-vertical enterprise founded in 2009 that started with an online learning platform and now operates in more than 60 countries, is hiring a Part-Time Professor. The role delivers high-quality instruction remotely through live online classes, recorded lectures and interactive sessions, with flexible scheduling and dependable availability during agreed teaching hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare course materials and syllabi, design assessments and grade assignments, giving timely, constructive feedback to learners.
• Mentor students, hold virtual office hours and maintain regular communication to support diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with academic and instructional design teams to align course content with program objectives, industry standards and evolving educational technologies.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (preferably a doctorate/PhD) in a relevant discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered for specialized fields.
• Demonstrated experience in higher education, professional training or adult learning programs, especially in online or hybrid formats.
• Ability to work independently, manage part-time schedules and collaborate with teams across time zones.
• Familiarity with SNVA's domains such as Education, Information Technology or related industries is an asset.

Required skills

• Teaching, curriculum development and lesson planning for remote and online learning.
• Proficiency with virtual classroom tools, learning management systems (LMS) and digital collaboration platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation and academic writing skills, and skills in assessment, feedback and academic mentoring.
