Lecturer - Leadership and People Analytics (Part-Time)

About the role

The University of New York Tirana (UNYT), Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Information and Intelligent Systems, is looking for a part-time lecturer to teach the elective course DS506 Leadership and People Analytics (6 ECTS) for second-year master's students in the Master of Science in Data Science and Business Analytics. The course is taught in English and runs during the Fall Semester of the 2026-2027 academic year.

• PhD
• Able to bring a data-driven perspective to leadership and people management, combining academic expertise with practical insight
