Junior Buyer (Portuguese Speaking)

About the role

Ozeol, a multinational overstock solutions company founded in 2010, is hiring a Junior Buyer (Portuguese) for a full-time, on-site position in Tirana, Albania. The role identifies and evaluates surplus and overstock opportunities from Portuguese-speaking suppliers, negotiates purchase conditions and supports the buying process from first contact to order confirmation.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new suppliers and maintain and update supplier databases
• Analyze product offers and pricing, and negotiate purchase conditions
• Coordinate with internal logistics, sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Prepare reports on supplier performance and market trends
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality and commercial standards
• Contribute to purchasing targets and margin objectives

Required profile

• Fluent Portuguese and good working English; other languages are an asset
• Foundational buying and negotiation skills, with interest or experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain in international trade or retail
• Education in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, International Trade or a related field; equivalent experience is also valued
• Previous experience in buying, merchandising or inventory management is an advantage but not strictly required for junior applicants
• Ability to work on-site in Tirana in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Required skills

• Spreadsheets, price and margin evaluation, and managing multiple supplier accounts
• Digital tools such as CRM systems, ERP and Excel
