About the role
AUTO1 Group, a used-car trading platform founded in 2012, is hiring a B2B Sales Agent for its headquarters in Tirana. The role covers the Albanian and Kosovo markets in the automotive sector, with sales carried out mainly by telephone in Albanian.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage a client portfolio through sales activities and communication by phone, email and other means.
- Prepare and manage reports supporting the Sales Department.
- Provide ongoing telephone support and consultation to clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
What we offer
- Regular employment contract under applicable legislation.
- Monthly gross base salary of 84,200 ALL plus monthly performance-based bonuses.

- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
