Financial Compliance Senior Manager

About the role

The Financial Compliance Senior Manager reports directly to the CFO and provides independent oversight of financial controls, compliance with group and local requirements, and finance governance. The role acts as a trusted partner to finance leadership, ensuring early identification and mitigation of key financial risks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the Finance ICOFR framework and annual control activities, monitoring effectiveness and addressing gaps.
• Identify emerging financial compliance risks, support interpretation of new policies, and maintain visibility of obligations and deadlines.
• Act as the main Finance coordinator for internal and external audit activities, tracking findings and driving remediation.
• Provide finance input on new initiatives, assessing control implications of changes in billing, revenue, CAPEX, procurement and systems.
• Prepare concise reports for the CFO and Audit & Risk Committee, highlighting significant deficiencies, overdue actions and emerging risks.

Required profile

• 10 to 15 years of experience in financial audit, internal control, or related fields.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
