Accountant – Automotive Sector

About the role

Auto Master sha, a leading automotive importer and dealer, is expanding its Finance and Accounting function. The Accountant will ensure accurate and timely recording of purchase and payment transactions, supporting internal reporting and control.

Key responsibilities

• Record purchase invoices and reconcile them with the SelfCare platform.
• Register import invoices and customs declarations for vehicles.
• Issue sales invoices for spare parts.
• Verify supporting documents for expenses, including contracts and minutes.
• Track supplier obligations and perform reconciliations.
• Execute cash payments according to tax documents and record bank transactions.
• Support supplier payment processes by preparing evidence, lists and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the CFO to ensure completeness of financial documentation.
• Maintain archival and traceability of accounting records and assist internal or external audits.

Required profile

• University degree or higher professional education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Good organizational abilities and integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial ERP systems (preferably SAP/ERP).
