About the role
We are seeking a qualified architect to lead the design and planning of construction projects. The role involves translating investor requirements into detailed technical drawings, urban master plans, and complete architectural solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare structural, technical drawings and plans in line with investor specifications.
- Develop urban master plans considering territorial context and long‑term development.
- Apply technical‑legal regulations and manage the preparation and submission of technical documentation.
- Plan project delivery timelines and monitor the construction implementation phase.
- Create preliminary sketches, renderings and photomontages using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and related tools.
- Finalize the complete project with all technical and graphic components.
- Present designs to investors, clients or relevant institutions, clearly communicating the architectural vision.
- Adapt approved designs to new requirements or additional conditions that arise.
- Produce sales brochures containing technical data and visual representations for marketing purposes.
Required profile
- Diploma in Architecture with relevant specializations.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience designing multi‑storey buildings.
- Strong command of the English language.
