About the role

The Architect will be involved in all phases of a construction project, from the initial concept to the execution stage, ensuring that client requirements, regulations and design standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and project schedules, and supervise implementation during construction.
• Interpret and apply current building codes, regulations and technical documentation.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, material specifications and technical plans for residential, hotel, health, education and industrial projects.
• Communicate design concepts to clients, discuss project goals and inspect construction sites.
• Review and adjust sketches to align with client needs and overall technical plans.
• Visit sites regularly to verify compliance with plans and approve materials.
• Coordinate and review work of architectural, mechanical and other design teams.
• Manage multiple projects, create work plans and ensure smooth progression from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with engineers, urban planners, contractors and other architects to maintain strong project relationships.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture.
• Minimum three years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong creative and innovative abilities with a high artistic sense.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Analytical mindset for process improvement and problem solving.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of national building laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with design norms for residential, hospitality, healthcare, educational and industrial sectors.
