About the role

The company I.XH.E.M Parafabrikat is looking for a Senior Architect to lead the full lifecycle of architectural projects, from concept development through construction implementation. The role involves close collaboration with clients, multidisciplinary teams, and regulatory authorities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural projects from concept to detailed implementation design.
• Prepare technical and administrative documentation for development and construction permits.
• Verify urban planning parameters and ensure compliance with current legislation.
• Coordinate the project with other technical disciplines.
• Manage client communication and follow client requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and control project costs.
• Monitor on‑site project execution and resolve technical issues during implementation.
• Organise and monitor work deadlines and project documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Knowledge of design and construction processes.
• Familiarity with permit procedures and urban legislation in Albania.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Professional responsibility and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with professional design and modelling software.
• Residence in Durrës.
