Specialist i Sigurimit Bankar (Bancassurance)

About the role

ProCredit Bank is looking to recruit a Specialist in Bank Insurance (Bancassurance) who will contribute to the development of insurance activities within the bank through managing partnerships with insurance companies, product development and supporting the branch network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with partner insurance companies.
• Coordinate joint initiatives and activities between the bank and insurance partners.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of insurance products in line with client needs and business objectives.
• Support promotion and sale of insurance products through the branch network.
• Provide training and assistance to staff on insurance products and processes.
• Monitor bancassurance activity performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Prepare periodic analysis and reports on portfolio results and development.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and quality standards of the bank.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in bank insurance (bancassurance) in the banking or insurance sector.
• Knowledge of the insurance market and financial products is an advantage.
