About the role
Join EY’s Tax Practice in Tirana to provide tax advice for clients across Albania and internationally. You will develop technical tax knowledge while working on diverse advisory engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in tax advisory engagements and deliver high‑quality drafts.
- Engage in client meetings and collaborate with international EY offices.
- Support junior colleagues and monitor their work.
Required profile
- Higher education in tax, law, finance, economics or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Albanian tax legislation.
- 1‑2 years of experience in tax, accounting or financial consulting.
- Excellent written and oral English communication.

- Advanced MS PowerPoint
- Advanced MS Word
