Junior Economist (Arkëtare)

About the role

We are looking for an organized and responsible Junior Economist to handle cash, invoicing and basic financial tasks. The role offers the chance to develop professionally within the finance department.

Key responsibilities

• Collect payments from clients via cash, card or bank transfer.
• Issue sales invoices and complete the fiscalisation process.
• Verify consistency between orders, invoices and client payments.
• Manage cash drawer and perform daily reconciliations.
• Record and monitor client pre‑payments and settlements.
• Open and maintain client accounts in the system.
• Process and document cash payments to suppliers according to company procedures.
• Administer and archive financial documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales team on invoicing and payment status.
• Collaborate with the Finance Department for reconciliations, controls and other financial tasks.

Required profile

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Previous experience in cash handling, invoicing or similar positions.
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• Practical understanding of invoicing and fiscalisation.
• Strong attention to monetary values and financial documents.
• Organised, responsible and good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with the Financa 5 software.
