About the role
We are looking for an organized Sales Support / Back Office professional to assist the sales team and coordinate product delivery to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders.
- Prepare and update reports in Excel.
- Plan and coordinate distribution itineraries.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure timely order delivery.
Required profile
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to process data and generate accurate reports.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
