About the role

Partners Pharma is seeking a full‑time Sales Operator to work on‑site at its Tirana office. The role focuses on managing daily sales activities, processing orders, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, maintain accurate sales records, and coordinate with internal departments.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide timely product information, and monitor inventory and delivery schedules.
• Prepare regular sales reports and contribute to process optimisation for efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Attention to detail, solid organisational skills and reliability in handling data and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively on‑site, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
