Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager (Italian Speaking)

About the role

HitJob is looking for a proactive Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager who speaks fluent Italian. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships and expanding HitJob’s professional network across Italian and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential companies and clients in Italian and international markets.
• Use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and contact decision‑makers.
• Generate B2B leads, develop new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Create partnerships with consulting firms, HR/IT companies, professional offices and strategic partners.
• Develop relationships with chambers of commerce, business associations and international networks.
• Maintain CRM data, organise meetings with prospects and work directly with the Founder.
• Monitor and report on market opportunities and achieved results.

Required profile

• Proactive, result‑oriented and well‑organized.
• Strong communication and professional writing skills.
• Fluent Italian and at least B2 level English.
• Initiative, curiosity and a desire for professional growth.

Required skills

• Advanced use of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Lead generation, prospecting and B2B networking.
• CRM management.
