Real Estate Agent (Property Sourcing)

About the role

Harob & Co. is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to focus on sourcing new property listings for its portfolio. The role is centred on identifying property owners, building relationships with sellers, and securing off‑market or motivated‑seller opportunities across Tirana and other key Albanian locations.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect potential sellers through cold outreach, door‑knocking, networking and referrals.
• Research target areas to uncover undervalued or off‑market properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, landlords and investors to generate listing leads.
• Evaluate properties for market value, condition and investment potential.
• Pitch and negotiate listing agreements with property owners.
• Conduct property visits and preliminary assessments.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective properties in the CRM and hand off secured listings to the acquisitions team.
• Track local market activity, ownership changes and off‑market opportunities.
• Develop a referral network of contractors, attorneys and other agents.

Required profile

• Active real‑estate licence in Albania or ability to obtain one.
• Strong prospecting, cold‑outreach and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, persistent and comfortable with rejection.
• Experience in wholesaling, property acquisitions or listing generation is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and lead‑tracking tools.
