About the role

Century21 Metropol is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent to manage and grow its residential and commercial portfolio in Tirana. You will guide clients through the entire transaction process, from first contact to closing, while upholding the company’s high standards of integrity and performance.

Key responsibilities

• List new properties, prepare marketing materials and conduct viewings.
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions and negotiate offers.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Century21 platform and digital tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues and brokers to achieve shared sales targets.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of the Albanian property market.
• Proven sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Fluent in Albanian; working proficiency in English is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage a dynamic schedule and meet performance goals.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and online marketing platforms for property promotion.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building abilities.
