Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales & Rentals

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Property Consultant who is results‑driven and will assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process. Success is measured by building strong client relationships, generating new opportunities, and closing transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients during property purchase, sale, or rental transactions.
• Professionally present and promote properties in the portfolio.
• Organise and conduct property viewings with potential clients.
• Identify client needs and propose the most suitable properties.
• Manage and follow up leads and prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms between parties and provide assistance throughout the transaction.
• Create and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Monitor the real‑estate market, staying informed about trends, pricing, and attractive areas.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and company objectives.
