Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Procurement Specialist to join a leading media company in Albania. The role involves managing the full procurement cycle, from sourcing local suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring cost‑effective purchasing across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage requests for quotations for goods, equipment and services required by various departments.
• Conduct market research, evaluate suppliers on price, quality, capacity, reliability and delivery timelines.
• Obtain at least three competitive quotations, analyse offers and prepare comparative evaluations for management approval.
• Negotiate commercial terms, payment conditions, warranties and delivery schedules with selected suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders, monitor order status, coordinate delivery, warehouse entry and final receipt.
• Maintain procurement documentation, ensure timely submission and support legal contract preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Security and Warehouse to streamline the procurement process.
• Prepare supplier payment lists, support finance with invoice verification and supplier account reconciliations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or a similar function.
• Strong ability to conduct market research, source suppliers and analyse quotations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical and commercial mindset with focus on cost optimisation.
• Capability to manage multiple purchasing requests and priorities effectively.
• Good organisational skills.
