About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Transport Manager to join our team in Tirana. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing our international transport operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods between Europe and Albania.
Key responsibilities
- Manage road transports (LTL & FTL) between Europe and Albania.
- Coordinate sea freight (LCL) shipments.
- Communicate and coordinate with agents, carriers, and international partners.
- Plan and monitor shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Negotiate rates and transport terms.
- Prepare client offers and proposals.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor costs, transit times, and operational performance.
Required profile
- Previous experience in transport, freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of international road transport (LTL & FTL).
- Experience with sea freight (LCL) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in English; Italian or other languages are advantageous.
