About the role

Klimateknika Group is looking for a Purchasing Specialist who will manage the entire procurement process, maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment at optimal quality and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and select local and international suppliers for equipment, materials and technical components.
• Request, compare and analyse supplier offers, negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and contract conditions.
• Prepare and follow purchase orders from request to receipt of goods.
• Monitor delivery deadlines, coordinate with suppliers to guarantee on‑time arrival.
• Collaborate with warehouse, technical department and other units to determine purchasing needs.
• Maintain procurement documentation, invoices, offers and related records.
• Track import paperwork and coordinate customs clearance.
• Monitor stock levels and plan purchases according to company requirements.
• Maintain a supplier database with prices and terms, evaluate supplier performance periodically.
• Coordinate payments and reconcile documents with the finance department.
• Prepare periodic reports on purchases, costs, suppliers and orders.
• Propose cost‑optimisation alternatives and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with local and foreign suppliers.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Analytical and numerical abilities for cost analysis.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems for purchasing and inventory, preferably Odoo.
