Logistics Manager

About the role

Mokne Group L.L.C., a company focused on operational efficiency, service quality and sustainable value creation, is looking for a Logistics Manager to lead and develop its logistics function. The role covers efficient management of processes, resources and operating costs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the logistics strategy in line with company objectives
• Plan and oversee transport, distribution and warehouse management processes
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock records
• Manage the department budget, analyse expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Lead fleet management, including registration, insurance, technical inspection and maintenance
• Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers and transport partners
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
• Lead and develop the team, setting objectives and performance indicators

Required profile

• University degree in Logistics, Business Management, Economics or a related field
• Relevant experience in logistics and/or fleet management
• Knowledge of legislation and procedures for transport and vehicle administration
• Analytical, organisational, negotiation and leadership skills, with a results orientation and decision-making ability
