Dispatcher / Transport Coordinator

About the role

The Dispatcher/Transport Coordinator acts as the link between clients, drivers, and the operations team, ensuring that taxi and transfer services are delivered on time and according to reservation requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan trips and assign drivers based on schedules, locations, and vehicle availability.
• Monitor services in real time and coordinate client pickups.
• Communicate with clients and drivers for confirmations, instructions, and changes.
• Manage delays, cancellations, and last‑minute requests.
• Record reservations accurately and update the daily work plan.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication, accuracy, and calmness under pressure.
• Proficient use of computers, Excel/Google Sheets, and Google Maps.
• Good command of English for foreign clients (French/Italian a plus).
• Familiarity with Tirana, Durrës, Golem, Qerret and main Albanian destinations.
