Medical Sales Representative

About the role

Dompé is looking for a motivated Medical Sales Representative to join its Tirana office. You will promote Dompé’s portfolio and services to healthcare professionals (HCPs) across Albania, ensuring ethical and compliant interactions that support optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide up‑to‑date authorized data, key messages and disease information to HCPs at the right time.
• Develop and execute territory and HCP engagement plans based on data sources and market dynamics.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the industry, monitor competition and communicate insights to the line manager.
• Plan and conduct regular visits to HCPs, ensuring compliance with the Code of Ethics and timely reporting of activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with local opinion leaders and organize scientific updates for HCP groups.
• Deliver marketing materials, implement merchandising activities in pharmacies, and report technical complaints or adverse events to the Drug Safety Department.
• Perform any additional duties delegated by the line manager in line with role responsibilities.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum bachelor’s) in medical sciences, natural sciences, marketing, business administration, sales or a related field.
• Previous experience as a medical sales representative.
• Thorough understanding of the Albanian market.
• Ability to work independently in a competitive environment and represent the company’s brand and image.
• Strong negotiation skills and high concern for quality.
• Good written and spoken English; Italian is a plus.
• Valid driving licence with at least two years of clean record.
