Project Management Associate - Decentralized Clinical Trials

About the role

Poseidon CRO, a healthcare and clinical research company, is looking for a Project Management Associate to support its decentralized clinical trials. The role coordinates and oversees the trials, working closely with field nurses, clients and internal teams to make sure they run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Nurse coordination: work with field nurses so they have the tools, training and resources needed for remote patient assessments and data collection, give them ongoing support and monitor their performance and patient engagement
• Client interaction: act as the main point of contact, keep clients informed on progress and milestones, turn their needs into actionable plans for nurses and internal teams and answer inquiries promptly
• Internal reporting: compile and analyse trial data, write reports for internal stakeholders, work with cross-functional teams on timely reporting of outcomes and recommendations, and take part in regular team meetings

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven experience in clinical trial project management, with a focus on decentralized trials
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to clinical trials
