Medical Sales Representative

About the role

Evergreen, an innovative health and wellness company in Albania, is looking for a dynamic Medical Sales Representative. You will promote and sell a portfolio of international health brands to doctors, pharmacists and healthcare institutions, building lasting relationships and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit doctors, pharmacists and healthcare institutions to present the product range.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Organise product presentations, training sessions and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competition and industry developments.
• Report regularly to the sales manager on performance and activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Medical Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Valid driving licence (Category B) – mandatory.
• Good knowledge of English (advantage).
• Sales or pharmaceutical experience is a plus but not required.
• High motivation, self‑initiative and result‑orientation.
