Sales Account Executive – SMS Solutions

About the role

The Sales Account Executive will work full‑time in a hybrid setting based in Tirana, combining onsite collaboration with remote work. You will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts by promoting Text2reach’s SMS messaging platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and prospect new leads, managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
• Present SMS solutions to prospective clients, prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Onboard new customers smoothly and maintain ongoing relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Proactively uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Track activities in CRM tools, generate performance reports and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging.

Required profile

• Strong lead‑generation and prospecting abilities with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or telecommunications.
• Demonstrated account‑management skills focused on customer retention, growth and long‑term success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical solutions clearly.
• Customer‑centric mindset with experience handling client inquiries and issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
